TC SILENT AUCTION
Join our Silent Text2Bid Auction featuring over 200 silent auction items. TC Family & Friends are invited to bid online in support of Toledo Christian from the comfort of their home.
When: Friday, November 6 at 7:00 P.M through Monday, November 9 at 7:00 P.M.

Browse and bid on items across multiple categories including grab & go merchandise at set low low prices and the opportunity to donate to the TC Scholarship Fund!
RAISE & GRAZE SILENT AUCTION VIEWING EVENT
In place of our traditional Live Auction & Dinner, join us for our Raise & Graze Silent Auction Viewing on Monday, November 9! Drop in anytime between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM in the TC Blue Gym. This casual event will allow you to see the silent auction items in person, enjoy appetizer grazing stations and fellowship, and place those last-minute bids via Text2Bid before the auction closes!
To make this an evening that is unforgettable, there will be special door prize giveaways and items for bid that are ONLY available that evening live in person! So don't miss out, stop by and check out all the items up for bid.
Plus as an added bonus, if you are in attendance when the auction closes at 7:00pm, you can take home your silent auction wins that very night!
Note: There is NO live Auction & Dinner Event this year! But we look forward to gathering together with our amazing TC Community again in the fall of 2027!
SUPPORT THE TC SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The TC Scholarship Fund (Barnabas Fund) was first introduced at Toledo Christian in the late 1980s, as a way to assist our families and students with tuition. Our goal at Toledo Christian is to make Christian education affordable to all Christian families. We want every student to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Their Purpose, and Make a Difference in their community and in the world.
A long standing tradition of the TC Auction has been to raise separate funds that are dedicated directly towards TC Scholarships. This specific ask is typically done as a paddle raise at our Live Auction & Dinner, however this year in the absence of such an event, we are encouraging you to donate online through our Silent Text2Bid Auction. Every dollar raised towards the TC Scholarship Fund goes directly towards tuition assistance for our TC families, including the families of our faculty and staff.
Toledo Christian has awarded more than $1,000,000 annually in tuition assistance directly from our Operating Budget. These funds are in addition to the externally funded scholarships provided by our TC Foundation Board (i.e. Buckeye Scholarship Funds, Endowments, and others), as well as EdChoice.
TC families rely on this support and the need keeps growing. Will you help us by making a special contribution to the TC Scholarship Fund so we can continue to offer tuition assistance to all Christian families interested in a Toledo Christian?
SILENT AUCTION PAYMENT & ITEM PICK-UP
Payment:
- Once the Auction is finished, you will receive a text message notifying you of the the items that you won at the Auction, as well as any merchandise you purchased or donations made to the TC Scholarship Fund.
- Simply click on the link and it will take you back to the Auction dashboard. Locate the tile labeled "My Bill" and you can pay for your items by credit card through the system. Items must be paid for before they can be picked up from the school.
Item Pick-Up:
- If you are in attendance at the Raise & Graze event when the auction closes, you may pick up your items immediately to take home with you that evening.
- All other Items won will be available for pick up on Tuesday, November 10 from 3:30 p.m to 7:30 p.m. in the TC Main Lobby. Please have your text2bid receipt available to show the auction attendant (the school will have copies as well).
- If someone else is picking up items on your behalf, please present both the Bidder # and Name, along with a screenshot of the receipt.
- If you are unable to pick up your items at the designated time, please email Dawn Meiers at [email protected] to make other arrangements.
