Before & After Care
Before Care Services
Beforecare is included in the cost of tuition for any day the student is scheduled to attend. Doors open at 7:15 a.m. for the convenience of our families. Children engage in table toys and in the indoor playroom before heading to their classrooms at 7:45 a.m. The school day begins at 8:05 a.m.
After Care Services
Aftercare is available for Eagle’s Nest students from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on days when school is in session. Services are not available on school closure or early dismissal dates. Families will be notified as soon as possible if services are unavailable for any other reason. All children still present at 3:30 p.m. will be reassigned to aftercare, and applicable fees will be charged.
Before using after care services, families must set up Incidental Expenses (Auto Pay) in their FACTS Management account.
