Growth Track
Growth Track became part of the TC spiritual development strategy in 2018. We believe that it provides a biblical foundation that aligns with our mission. Growth Track gives our community a common language for our spiritual development process. All four areas of Growth Track reflect what we should desire for our children spiritually.
Know God
First, we want your children to know God. Our goal is not only for your children to know about God, we want them to know Him in a personal life changing way.
Matthew 28:18-20 ESV - 18 And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
Find Freedom
The second part of Growth Track is finding freedom. All of us have struggles in life. Progress happens when we overcome the struggles that are holding us back. Many times this happens through community between staff and students and through encouragement among students.
John 17:3 ESV - 3 "And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent."
Discover Your Purpose
The third quadrant of Growth Track is Discovering your Purpose. We believe that God created your child to accomplish the greatest task in the world, doing God’s will.
John 8:32 ESV - 32 "and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
Make A Difference
The final section of Growth Track is Making a Difference. As stated in our mission statement we want our students to follow Christ and Impact culture. We have many tools that drive our spiritual development and many of them fit into Growth Track under some or all of its four sections. You can look to the chart to see some of them.
