Fine Arts

Human beings are creative because they are made in the image of a creative God. Students at Toledo Christian have many opportunities to explore and express their creativity in their academic coursework and through our robust Fine Arts program. Fine Arts are a critical component of a classical Christian education, which, along with academics, athletics, and Biblical training, aims to shape the heart’s affections toward the good things of God. 

In our fine arts department, we bring glory to God through performance and visual arts. In so doing, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of performance, creativity, and education, recognizing the truth, goodness, and beauty of God in everything we create. Our curriculum is designed for all students, regardless of inherent ability or ambition, so each can develop an increased level of discernment and aesthetic sensitivity that enriches the soul. As part of life-long learning, we aim to shape individuals who are life-long participators in and appreciators of the arts.
