To apply for the Eagle's Nest (2 1/2, 3, and 4 years old), please contact our Admissions Office to receive an Eagle's Nest admission's packet.
To apply for Kindergarten through Twelfth grade students the following is required:
1. Complete an online application (takes 20-30 minutes)

- Uploaded copies of current grade card, birth certificate, and immunizations are required.
2. Non-refundable application fee (Admissions Office will collect)
A completed Pastoral Recommendation Form is required for students of all ages.
