After Care
Overview
After Care is an additional program available at TC for students enrolled in preschool through 6th grade. The goal of the program is to provide a caring, secure, Christian atmosphere for students to play, study, and grow in their relationships with each other. Students will participate in fun activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, games, and homework time. Snack will be provided daily along with other other materials and equipment for the purpose of providing both quiet and active play suitable to the age levels and abilities of the children.
The hours of operation are 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on days that TC has a full day session. Any student may register and use the program on a regular or occasional basis. There are no additional fees for snacks or supplies.
Program Guidelines
- Families planning to use the program will need to turn in a registration form.
- Any student that has not been picked up by 3:15 p.m. will report to After Care and fees will apply.
- Students using After Care will be billed in 15 minute increments.
- After Care concludes every day at 6:00 p.m. Any students picked up after 6:00 p.m. will be charged a late fee.
