Step One - Understanding the "Parent's Web"
The Parent's web is the part of RenWeb that gives parents/guardians access to the following information in real time.
- General School Announcements & Calendar
- Accounting Information - Monthly statement of charges/credits
- Attendance - View attendance report on your children
- Classroom Info - View homework assignments, grades, progress reports and teacher announcements for each class.
- Discipline - View your children's discipline record
- Service Hours - View service hour record of your children
- Family Demographics - View your personal information on file at the school to ensure everything is up to date.
- Family Directory - View the TCS directory of all parents names and addresses and sort by name or by grade. Click a name to send them an email.
- Lunch Menu - View the Lunch Menu
- Student Schedules - View your children's schedules including sports schedules.
- Report Card - Print your student's report card.
- Transcript - Print your student's transcript
- Newsletter & Downloads - Download and print newsletters and other various documents and forms.
*Not all these features will be implemented right away. Some features, such as accounting, may not be activated for your viewing until later in the school year.
In order to access Parent's web you must have a valid email address. If you do not have an email address, we recommend signing up for a free Yahoo email account or another email service of your choice before continuing to step two.
