Growth
Toledo Christian Schools was founded on faith, opening its doors to students in the fall of 1975. Since that year, Toledo Christian Schools has grown from 30 children meeting inside a church to over 850 young people in kindergarten through 12th grade attending classes in a modern building on a pleasant campus off the Anthony Wayne Trail in south Toledo.
The present facilities were secured in 1988 when the McAuley High School building became available. The 11-acre campus features new elementary playground equipment, and a newly-constructed international-size baseball/soccer field.
In recent years, in addition to the construction of the baseball/soccer field, we have revamped the elementary library; added new elementary classrooms; expanded the number of students receiving tuition assistance; and funded additional projects to enhance instruction in math, music, art and computers.
